Intuitive, smart, flexible - the new FairMate Shop is the ideal shop for trade fairs and events and accompanies visitors from registration to the final ticket purchase. The FairMate Shop, developed according to the "Mobile First" approach and with a responsive design, enables users to purchase tickets quickly and easily on all devices. The new shop also comes with a completely revised and optimised shop registration system.

Whether press, VIP, private or trade visitors: the FairMate Shop is designed as a shop for all visitors to an event. By means of a query from the registration, the various visitor groups are only shown the articles in the FairMate Shop that are relevant to them. The intelligent shopping basket differentiates between the individual needs of the different visitor groups and automatically optimises the check-out. Items in the shopping cart are conveniently saved and are still available after a new login - across all devices! With the new FairMate Shop it is even easier to sell other items such as catalogues in addition to tickets. FairMate has all payment methods integrated, whether credit cards, quick transfer or other payment providers. We are happy to take over the complete payment processing for you! 

Also the integration of the FairMate Shop and the registration tool on external websites is no problem. This feature, which is particularly interesting for voucher campaigns, enables the optimal use of the traffic of relevant websites to maximise ticket sales for your event.

Thanks to FairMate Business Intelligence and a clear visualisation with tableau, you always have an overview: sold tickets, sales figures, comparison with previous events - you react immediately, even a few days before the event! Like all FairMate features, the FairMate Shop is a white-label solution that can be implemented in your corporate identity. 

With FairMate you can issue tickets in different forms: Print@Home, QR Code on Smartphone and mobile ticket forms like Passbook. Like every FairMate module, the FairMate Shop is also multilingual and supports all character sets of the world (e.g. Chinese, Cyrillic, Arabic).
